Mohamed Mohamud is a tech entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of a privacy-first messaging platform. A passionate advocate for data privacy, he is committed to addressing the systemic issues of trust and data collection in modern digital communication. He is building a platform designed to eliminate metadata storage and provide end-to-end encryption, ensuring users retain full control over their digital footprints.
Beyond his technical expertise, Mohamed is a critical and philosophical thinker who approaches complex problems with both analytical rigour and a deep sense of ethics. He possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing him to effectively bridge the gap between technical complexity and user-centred design. As a dedicated member of his community, he is driven by a genuine desire to improve the lives of others through both technology and active civic engagement.
Mohamed’s academic journey began at Cranford Community College, where he completed his GCSEs and A-levels.
